Originally, Toxic Tommy was a USDA manufacturer of sliced beef jerky located in a little town of Wadsworth Ohio for many years. If you are not satisfied with any of our products, our beef jerky company will make it right with replacement product, a different product of your choosing or refund. Please note, we may request the product be returned for evaluation for quality assurance purposes.
We will always try to ship your order as you requested. Our beef jerky company reserves the right to substitute items of equal or higher value, as necessary. However, if we do substitute products, your satisfaction will be expected or your money back.
