Toxic Tommy's Egg Souffle

Ingredients
1 lb roll pork sausage
3 cups milk
1 1/2 tablespoon dry mustard
9 eggs
1 tsp Toxic Tommy's spice*
1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese and 3 slices white bread cubed

Instructions
1. Cook sausage according to package instructions. Break up sausage while cooking.
2. When cooked, drain sausage and set aside.
3. Beat eggs; add milk, and beat again.
4. Add dry mustard, Toxic Spices, and mix.
5. Stir in bread, cheese and sausage.
6. Pour into 9 X 13 glass pan and cover. Refrigerate overnight.
7. Uncover and bake at 350 degrees F for about an hour.
